Elliot has served the fiscally sponsored projects of CS&S as an Operations Coordinator since July 2023. Beyond maintaining our core daily functions, she’s eager to introduce and refine processes that expand our organizational capacity, and that free our team members to focus on the work they’re most passionate about.
Elliot developed her operations and project management skills in fields as wide-ranging as healthcare IT and music management (she fondly recalls, though doesn’t entirely miss, her years of leading process improvements from backstage at a festival or bunked on a tour bus). Her most cherished accomplishment to date, however, has been organizing alongside her coworkers as a barista, an experience that inspired her to continue her education at CUNY’s School of Labor and Urban Studies.
Throughout all these chapters, Elliot’s belief in the societal imperative to harness the power of technology for the public good has only grown stronger, and she’s grateful for the opportunity to help our member and partner organizations fulfill this vision at CS&S.
