Stevie Gaynor (they/she) brings five years’ experience in nonprofit administration and operations, including four years in fiscal sponsorship. They served as a Program Advisor, providing direct support and coaching to fiscally sponsored projects, and as an Operations & Systems Support Associate where they developed and maintained organization-wide systems and platforms. Stevie is passionate about how operations can support sustained movement work, and about building thoughtful, dependable, values-aligned systems that help organizations deepen their impact. Outside of their professional work, Stevie is a cofounder of a mutual aid collective in Portland, Oregon that operates a pop-up free store, bringing resources and community to people living in encampments. In their free time, they enjoy writing music, gardening, knitting, and spending time with their dog, Delphine, and cat, Bug.
