Offray Luna, PhD

Offray Vladimir Luna Cárdenas is an apprentice, hacktivist, researcher, teacher and consultant. Professor at the Javeriana University in the Deparment of Information Sciences, founding member of HackBo, a Hackerspace in Bogotá; co-designer of the workshop + (anti)hackaton Data Week / Data Rodas and creator of the (meta)tool Grafoscopio. From spaces, digital tools and community dynamics such as the above-mentioned, he inquires about the reciprocal modification between digital (meta)tools and grassroots communities, using what he has called "pocket infrastructures" and "interstitial programming"
